REFUND POLICY

Last updated: June 12, 2026

1. Policy Summary

All preset packs and similar products sold through this store are digital products. Because digital products can be downloaded, copied, retained, and used after delivery, all sales are intended to be final.

As a general rule, the store does not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for digital preset purchases once access, download, or delivery has been provided.

2. Why the Store Uses a No-Refund Policy

Unlike a physical product that can be returned, a digital preset file can usually be copied or retained even after a refund is requested or issued.

For that reason, once a digital preset has been delivered or made accessible, the purchaser may still retain and use the product even if payment is reversed. To protect against that risk, the store's default position is that digital preset purchases are non-refundable.

3. Cases That Do Not Qualify for a Refund

No refund will ordinarily be provided for:

  • change of mind
  • accidental purchase where the correct product was displayed and delivered
  • lack of knowledge about how presets work
  • lack of required skill or technical understanding
  • failure to read the product description
  • failure to review compatibility requirements
  • failure to own or maintain required paid plugins, software, subscriptions, or host applications
  • dissatisfaction with aesthetic taste or creative preference
  • different results caused by footage, color profile, software version, plugin version, user settings, or workflow differences
  • inability to use the preset because the buyer does not own a required third-party plugin or software license
  • requests made after the file has been downloaded, accessed, delivered, or exposed to the buyer, except where applicable law requires otherwise

4. Third-Party Plugin and Software Dependency

Some products may require paid third-party plugins, host software, subscriptions, or specific software versions.

By purchasing a product, the buyer agrees that:

  • the buyer is responsible for checking whether additional plugins or software are required
  • the buyer is responsible for buying and maintaining any required third-party tools
  • the store is not responsible if the buyer does not own those tools
  • failure to own, renew, install, or maintain required plugins or software does not create a refund right, except where applicable law requires otherwise

If the buyer purchases a preset without owning the required paid plugin or compatible software, that purchase remains the buyer's responsibility.

5. Limited Exceptions

Despite the general no-refund rule, the store may review refund or replacement requests in limited situations such as:

  • the product was not delivered at all
  • the delivered file is corrupted or materially unusable as delivered
  • the product received is materially different from what was described on the product page
  • duplicate payment was collected for the same order
  • the store is otherwise required to provide a remedy under applicable law

In these cases, the store may choose, in its discretion and where legally permitted, to provide one of the following remedies:

  • re-delivery of the file
  • replacement download link
  • corrected file
  • partial refund
  • full refund

6. Support Before Refund Review

Before any exception is considered, the buyer may be asked to provide:

  • order number
  • purchase email
  • description of the issue
  • screenshot or screen recording of the issue
  • software version
  • plugin version
  • proof that the required host software or plugin is installed, where relevant

The store may first attempt a reasonable support-based resolution before deciding whether any refund exception applies.

7. Timeframe for Reporting Problems

Any delivery, corruption, or material mismatch issue should be reported within 7 days of purchase or delivery.

8. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

Buyers are encouraged to contact the store first for any payment, delivery, or access issue before opening a chargeback or payment dispute with Cashfree, their payment provider, or their bank, where reasonably possible.

If a chargeback is initiated after delivery of a digital product, the store may provide order records, download records, access records, communications, and product-delivery evidence to the relevant payment processor or platform.

Fraudulent or abusive chargeback activity may result in revocation of access, cancellation of related licenses, refusal of future purchases, or other lawful protective steps.

9. Consumer Rights

This policy explains the store's standard position for digital products. However, nothing in this policy removes any customer right that applies under consumer protection law or other mandatory law.

If the law requires a refund, replacement, repair, reversal, or any other remedy in a particular case, the store will follow that law to the extent required.
